Living Room: The spacious living room features modern sofas, a 4-person dining table, air conditioning, LED TV, and satellite receiver, all set within an open-plan kitchen area for comfort and convenience.
Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware for 4 or more people, including a dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, teapot, and kettle.
Pool Dimensions:
15 meters x 4 meters, with a depth of 1.55 meters.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: A double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi, and nightstands.
Bedroom 2: Two single beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe.
All rooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning. The villa also provides an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer.
Damage Deposit:
A damage deposit of 3,000 TL is required upon check-in. If no damage is found upon check-out, the deposit will be refunded.
Other Notes:
Located in a nature-surrounded area, regular pest control is carried out at the villa. However, there may still be insects present. While we ensure privacy, 100% visual screening cannot be guaranteed for the private pool; there is a 10% chance of visibility. Additionally, the photos on our website were taken with a wide-angle lens, so objects may appear different in size from their actual proportions.

The villa offers a barbecue area, a 4-person dining table and chairs, sunbeds, umbrellas, garden furniture, a swing, a sunbathing terrace, a children's pool, and private parking for vehicles.
