An additional cleaning fee of 4,500 TL is applied for bookings under 5 nights.

Living Room: A spacious living area with modern sofas, an 8-person dining table, air conditioning, LED TV, satellite receiver, a park cot, and a high chair. The open-plan kitchen is carefully designed for comfort.
Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen is equipped with enough utensils for 8 people and more. It includes a dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, and teapot.
Pool Dimensions:
9 meters x 4.5 meters in size, with a depth of 1.50 meters.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, makeup table, en-suite bathroom, ironing board, bedside tables, and pouf.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, and bedside tables.
Bedroom 3: Two single beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe.
Bedroom 4: Two single beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe.
All rooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning. Additionally, the villa is equipped with an iron, ironing board, and a hairdryer.
Damage Deposit:
A 3,000 TL damage deposit is required upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded if no damage is found in the villa upon check-out.
Other Notes:
Our villa is located in a nature-surrounded area, and regular pest control is carried out. However, there may still be a possibility of encountering insects. The pool is private, but a 100% privacy guarantee cannot be provided; a 10% privacy allowance exists. Furthermore, the photos of the villa on our website are taken with a wide-angle lens, so the size of objects may appear different from reality.
Outdoor Features:
A barbecue area, a 10-person dining table and chairs, sunbeds, umbrellas, garden furniture, a hammock, sunbathing terrace, children's playground, table football, and private parking are available.
